Welcome to the VAULT Festival 2018 Technical Form. We'll use the information you enter here as the basis for all our venue decisions so please make sure you're happy with it before you submit.

Please note, you can only submit this form ONCE.

Failure to submit your information on time may result in your requirements not being met, or the cancellation of your show.

Please note, we do not have any projectors, screens, or cables and rigging available on site (except where specifically mentioned in the tech spec for that space). You will need to bring in anything you require for this. You especially need to think how your projector is going to attach to the lighting rig - do you need a universal cradle, clamp, and safety chain? These can be bought from Amazon or similar places.

Please see the production pack for details and eligibility. Please note, there is a £10 (inc VAT) admin charge per application. This will be charged if you are successful in your application or not. This charge will be deducted from your Box Office.

A Risk Assessment is the minimum we require for your show to take place. A template and guidance can be found on the Resources page of our website. Please upload your documents here: https://www.dropbox.com/request/4kv2Ic2I78UAWpW7AVnc. Please title it "Show Name - Health and Safety - etc".
TECH CREW REQUIREMENTS
All productions are required to be self-sufficient in the provision of technical crew.

You can book crew members directly through us. Please note that charges apply, but the money for each goes to the crew member, not to the Festival. Please select the crew members you'd like to hire for the periods during which you'd like their assistance.

Lx Technicians = will be able to programme Lx and rig lights
Sound Technicians = will be able to set up mics, live music setups, and programme qlab and live mix bands

Show Operators can only be booked for Tech & Dress Rehearsals if they are also booked for the show run - otherwise you should book a Technician.
Show Operators are not necessarily specialist technicians - if you require an operator who can live mix bands or busk lighting during your show, please select the Lighting or Sound Technicians instead.
