BVE 2026-2027 New Member Signup 

Welcome to the 2026/2027 BVE ! Thank you for joining BVE this year.

The membership conditions remain the same as the previous year: 

To become a member you need to have a Erasmus Sport pass and be a member of our Badminton Vereniging Erasmus (BVE). You can get both of these through us (cheaper than buying it separately). 

If you want with fitness, you have to get an Erasmus Sport Pass + Gym Membership through Erasmus Sport, or purchase a €75 supplement from the front desk on top of the Sport Pass you purchase from us.

--> If you already have a sport pass through another sport association or Erasmus Sport, only then you can sign up for the membership without sport pass! 


Different types of deals (without fitness):

Full year membership September - August (including sport pass) - €190

Full year membership September - August (excluding sport pass) - €50

First half semester year membership September - end of Feburary (including sport pass) - €115

First half semester year membership September - end of Feburary (excluding sport pass) - €35

Second half semester year membership March - August (including sport pass) - €115

Second half semester year membership March - August (excluding sport pass) - €35

(The price of the Sports Pass has increased by 5 euros compared to last year. The membership stays at 50 euros for the whole year.)

All applications are sent weekly to Erasmus Sport every Monday morning, and processed by them before Tuesday. Therefore, if you sign up during the week between Monday afternoon and Sunday evening, the earliest you can pick up your sport-pass will be the Tuesday that follows. 


‼️ A penalty of more than 100 Euros will be charged by Erasmus Sport if you only pay for the membership fee without having a sport-pass of your own. 
This will lead to limited club activities due to insufficient funding and it might also impact hall availibilities which leads to decreased playing time of all club members.

Depending on when you signed up, the time to process your application might be within 2 days to one week as we submit the applications to Erasmus Sport weekly for them to process it. When your sport-pass is ready to be collected, you will recieve a message with the number you provide in the form. Please be patient!
