Request for Exhibitors
Sustainable Saratoga and Skidmore College invite sustainability-minded for-profit businesses and non-profit community organizations to apply to be exhibitors at the inaugural Saratoga Sustainability Fair. The fair will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019, from 10am-4pm at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York.

The Saratoga Sustainability Fair will join local businesses, community organizations, experts, and community members together in an effort to support the interconnected pillars of sustainability -- environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic development -- and inspire attendees to take action to support the organizations in our region that are contributing to thriving, sustainable communities. The event will include a keynote address, an exhibitor hall, workshop presentations, campus tours, EV car show, and more.

If your organization is interested in participating, please respond with the following information. Space is limited, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning January 25, 2019

Fees for 8ft exhibitor table:
- For-profit organizations: $150
- Not-for-profit: $20

Exhibitors are not permitted to solicit donations or sell items during the fair.
