Please use this form to complete a custom task request. The form is for individual subscriber schools who would like custom tasks anchored to a national scale. We will add a sample of responses from a similar task last year to the task to anchor the scores against the national scale. The anchoring means the scaled scores will be comparable to any APW, ISW or AWA national task. Please complete one request per year group.
