I am so excited you're here---and that you want to work on growing and becoming the very best version of YOU!!

While that looks different for everyone I've found that the magic comes from being surrounded with other women who are on the same journey---of wanting to become their best! Wanting to feel gooooood, inside and out!

It's easy to put off getting started....because there is always some kind of celebration, or trip, or event where you want to have treats.....or skip workouts.....or whatever! BUT there is NEVER a perfect time to get started....so jump in and get started NOW!

It's NOT about being perfect, or never enjoying treats, or intense workouts everyday--but about showing up each day to take care of yourself in little ways--so you feel a BIG impact!

I'm super pumped to get to know you better and come up with an exact plan of how you can get started with your simple daily habits this month! This is NOT a sprint...it will take time and ya can't change everything overnight! This first month you'll start to rock it out and then we will continue the journey together for the rest of the year!

In addition to helping ya rock out your workouts + cleaning up your eats we will also focus on personal development, self care, and learning to love ourselves along the way because THAT is where true transformation is created!

Everyday there will be a check-in + tracking in our private app. Fridays = Follow Up FriYAY...which means we will have a 1 on 1 check in via email. I'll send out an email with some positivity + check-in questions and when ya write me back we can chit chat about how things are going and make sure you have a plan for the next week!
