Fine print: Consignee will receive 70% of the final sale price of their item(s) as STORE CREDIT with the Portland Gear Hub (PGH) in the form of a Gift Card.  The PGH is not responsible for notifying customers if their item has sold, was donated, or otherwise. The PGH is not responsible for damages incurred while on consignment. The PGH will contact the consignor if an item is found to have a previously undetected defect that renders the item unsellable, after which the consignor has 3 weeks to pick up the item. We will not consign out-of-season items. Stolen items will be paid out at 90% of original asking price. The PGH has the right to lower the price of the above item(s) as low as 70% of initial consignment sale price(s). After 4 months the PGH is no longer responsible for and has the option of absorbing said item(s) into PGH inventory. During busy seasons items may take up to 5 days to reach the floor and the 4 months will begin on that date. Payment of a sold item will be processed within 30 days. If the consignee chooses to donate a percentage to the PGH, this will be subtracted from the 70% credit price. All items must be priced at or below 80% of manufacturer suggested retail price to be consigned at the PGH. *
