For and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in this program I hereby forever release from liability, (1) the National Deer Association, any of their officers, employees, or agents, (2) the sponsors of the aforesaid event, any of their officers, employees or agents (3) the landowner(s) where the event is located, any of their officers, employees or agents (4) the volunteers for the aforesaid event for any and all actions, causes of actions, or claims of any kind whatsoever, either for personal injury or otherwise, arising or resulting from my participation in the aforesaid event.

NDA Photo/Video Release for individuals 18 years of age and older:

I hereby grant the National Deer Association and its employees, agents, and assigns permission to use my likeness or the likeness of my dependent in a photograph and/or video in any of its publications, advertising, promotional videos, including websites, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials are and will remain the property of the National Deer Association. I hereby irrevocably authorize the National Deer Association to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo or video for purposes of publicizing the National Deer Association’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or video. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the National Deer Association and its employees, agents and assigns from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
