This Release of Claims and Waiver of Liability, hereinafter the “Agreement,” made and entered into by and between the Trail Conservancy (TTC), non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization and the persons named below herein after referred to as “Participants”, recites the following:

WHEREAS, an activity known hereafter as “Volunteer Event” will take place on the date typed below.

I, (SIGNATURE of participant or parent below), being of sound mind and capable of entering into this Agreement, and being aware of the risks involved in my participation do hereby agree to waive any and all claims (including but not limited to claims for personal illness, personal injury, accidental death or property damage) against the Trail Conservancy, their agents and employees, and to release the Trail Conservancy, their agents and employees to the extent allowable by law, from all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees in any lawsuit, claim or action, arising out of or my presence relating to any activities, operations, functions, facilities, equipment, locations, persons, plants, animals or creations of nature of any and every kind that exist that may or may not be under the control of the Trail Conservancy.

I hereby authorize TTC to take and use my picture in publications. I do not wish to approve the finished version(s) of the photographs before they are used, nor do I wish to claim any ownership interest in these photographs. I will not consider such use as libelous or an invasion of my privacy. I have read this release and understand all of its terms.
