We, the undersigned, support Philly Office Retail's proposed plan to renovate the existing 27,567 square foot building for a limited industrial and office use. We ask the Zoning Board of Adjustment to grant the variance request, which is necessary because the proposed use is prohibited in this zoning district (RSA-3)
