The purpose of this form is to submit an application to perform at or host the 2025 An Evening of Hope, to be held on the night of October 20th, 2025. 

An Evening of Hope is an annual event which is dedicated to honouring the memories of those in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community who have been lost to suicide as a result of homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, and bullying. We come together to remember, reflect, and renew our commitment to creating a safer, more inclusive world. Your participation helps us create a meaningful and supportive evening that acknowledges these profound losses and fosters hope for positive change. As a part of this year's event we are looking to have members of the community volunteer to share performances that focus on remembrance, hope, community, and love. We are also looking for any interest in hosting/MCing the event.
