Instructions: If you’d like to change counselors at Seoul Counseling Center, you can submit the form below. We recommend first discussing any concerns directly with your counselor, as open communication can often help. However, you’re welcome to request a change at any time.

Once you submit the form, our Client Intake Specialist will contact you within 1-3 business days to discuss next steps. If you prefer a hard copy form or wish to speak with our Clinic Director or Support Staff, please inform our Front Desk.
