Parent Request for Special Education Records
Due to COVID-19, the Special Education Office is currently not open to the public and all operations are being handled remotely. We are providing an online request form for Special Education Records. Once submitted, your request will be available for pick-up at the Albany High Complex located on 801 W. Residence Ave., Albany Ga.

To maintain CDC guidelines, records will be available for pick up on Mondays between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm. A valid ID is required for confidentiality. When picking up your document(s) please limit to one guest. All records transactions will take place at the front entrance to the building. Thank you.
