Please read these following considerations.
1. The Listening Hour is a peer listening session, not a training or workshop
2. You need to be familiar with zoom or willingness to learn how to operate zoom (We can train you)
3. We have guidelines for the Listening Hour and that you will need to read and understand why they are in place.
4. We have agreed that if a tension/conflict/disagreement happens, we will support ourselves and each other using this Feedback, conflict and grievance process
5. We agree to support each other with constructive feedback. (Giving your co-host feedback after each session is an easy way to integrate feedback into our practice)
6. We operate as a team and try to live NVC consciousness by staying connected to all needs, and support each other with challenges
7. If you come on board, you will have an Onboarding conversation with a current host and there is also Resource person available to support you through your first through months
