How does commissioning me work? 

Step 1) Complete the form in full

Step 2) I will review the commission information submitted. I will reach out to each application using a queue method one by one.

Step 3) I will quote you the cost of the commission and send out the invoice

Step 4) Once you pay, I will being working on the project and send out the files by the agreed upon deadline.

  1.   You must be at least 18 years of age to commission me for projects.

  2. CREDIT
       Credit (Autumn Ivy OR @xxautumnivyxx, for NSFW work it will be @Wolfheadatnight) is necessary where ever you or any related third parties upload the file(s).

  3. PERMISSION OF USE
      You are not permitted to use my provided audio commissions outside of your initial stated project and initial stated intentions unless we have discussed and agreed otherwise.     No provided sound files are to be distributed, sold, gifted, or shared as raw unless explicitly discussed otherwise. Anyone such as sound designers/sound engineers handling these commission files must be made aware that they are strictly not to re-sell, re-use, gift, or re-distribute the files. End product required. If you are a middle-man, audio designer, or perform other similar jobs/roles/hobbies that handle raw audio, it is your responsibility to make it clear to the final publisher of all terms stated in this agreement.
      I do not give any permission to utilize any recording or performance of myself to simulate my voice or likeness, or to create any synthesized or “digital double” voice or likeness of myself to any client, individual, or company. This includes but is not limited to historical files/performances/recordings, as well as future files/performances/recordings. All clients, individuals, and companies specifically agrees not to sell or transfer ownership of all or part of any of the recordings or performance of myself to any third party without both my knowledge and consent. Clients, individuals, and companies agree not to enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of myself which utilizes all or any part of any of the recordings or performance of myself without my knowledge and consent. All clients, individuals, and companies agree that any recordings or performances stored in digital format will be reasonably stored so that unauthorized third parties may not gain access to the files containing my voice or likeness, and if such files are stored in “the cloud” all clients, individuals, and companies agree to safeguard same through encryption or other “up-to date” technological means.

  4. EXTRA TAKES
       Any extra takes requested are considered extra work and will be charged accordingly. If you require multiple takes please clearly state so in the script or in the commission information section found on this form.

  5. FILE HOSTING
    File hosting will only be applicable for Autumn Ivy's owned content and may not apply in the purchase of your content unless otherwise discussed

  6. COMMISSION APPLICATION
       You must ensure that you only apply via the form when you have all of your completed and prepared materials/media ready for me to work on them. Partially completed and 'pending' commission requests will be declined or you will be asked to pay an advanced secure booking fee. You cannot change your commission direction/materials/length/ideas for free after locking in your slot.
       If providing video files for dubbing, you must make sure they are .mp4 and with a maximum of 1080p resolution. They do not have to be final renders. Unfinished WIPs and storyboards are perfectly viable.
      You must ensure that you have full permission to use and create media for any content you wish to commission me for.
       You must also apply for commissions using my commission form. This method is the only way I can manage commissions efficiently due to an illness that significantly impairs my memory and overall health. On extremely rare occasions, my illness may also negatively impact my delivery times and ability to respond with haste. Again, though this is an extremely rare occurrence, please be patient with me if this does happen and know that I will contact you as soon as humanly possible.
         Your date provided cannot be guaranteed depending on prior applicants so please choose the absolute latest possible deadline for your commission to be completed, not just the next free date! Calendar is subject to change. Please feel free to message me if you have a business inquiry, but keep in mind I may not reply until I'm within my designated working hours. Your inquiry will only be booked upon paying your invoice and is not secured until you have done so. Failure to apply via the form and instead asking via direct contact may mean you risk your commissions getting lost amongst fan-mail and spam.

  7. DISALLOWED THEMES (check with Autumn)
       Do not commission me for any content that will contain OR use any of my provided resources for productions contain or glorify the following hard limits:
    ☒ Underaged characters
    ☒ Submissive oriented penetration acts on camera
    ☒ Scat & Gas
    ☒ Extreme bodily injury/snuff (Unless otherwise discussed and clarified)
    ☒ Glorified non-consent (not to be confused with dubious consent, non-sexualised non-consent or consensual non-consent)
    ☒ Race-play / hate speech
    ☒ AI voice generators

  8. CREDIT REMOVAL
       I hold the right to have credit removed at request of any production if it is discovered you haven’t followed my terms and/or a take down notice may be issued if shown non-compliance.

  9. DECLINED SERVICE
       I do not tolerate verbal or textual abuse, bullying, harassment of any kind, doxing, pressuring, disregard of boundaries and terms set, or disregard of my consent/withdrawal of consent from any clientele.     I hold the right to decline any commission for any reason.

  10. REFUNDS
       Every commission that you order includes a single free revision if I make any mistakes such as mispronunciation, misreading, or file damage upon rendering. This does not include mistakes made due to the commissioner making script changes, direction changes/lack of direction, or voice type changes. If the client did not opt for a paid voice sample service before ordering a full commission and is unhappy with the final result, this is not considered my fault.

       Refunds are not available once you have locked in your booking date and payments are to be made upfront before I begin working on your commission. When you purchase my custom services, you accept to have immediate access to the content and my time working on your project and to waive your right of withdrawal. If your invoice has not been paid in 2 weeks or no response has been given to my follow-up, your application will be deleted from my system. Furthermore, I am not responsible for refunding any payment given to me without you following my commission process correctly, e.g. having sent me money directly without first having applied via my commission form AND/OR not having direct confirmation from myself as this will be considered a gift/tip. Commission confirmation is usually in the form of an invoice.

In advance, I would like to thank you for respecting these boundaries and terms that are set. Any use of my work that does not abide by these set terms and conditions may expose it’s author or publisher further action and an immediate discontinuation of current and future work.
