2017 Cinco de Mayo Vendor Forms
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor during the Cinco de Mayo event on May 5-7 at the Evergreen Speedway.


If you sell anything else, please complete the form below to be considered. Once we receive your application, we will review it and let you know if you are a good fit for this particular event. Upon approval, we will send you an electronic invoice to submit your payment. Here is some information that will be helpful to you regarding this vendor opportunity.

3-Day Fee: $150 (Chamber member)
3-Day Fee: $175 (nonChamber member)

Vendor Time: 4 pm to 10 pm
Setup on Friday: 2 pm

Vendor Time: 12 pm to 7 pm
Setup on Saturday: 10 am

Vendor Time: 10 am to 4 pm
Setup on Sunday: 8 am

Your space must be attended at all times during the event (with the exception of the inevitable bathroom break!). You may not start tearing down early or break down early under any circumstances!

Electricity access is available on a limited basis only.

Vendors are responsible for cashiering their own space and must provide their own cash and/or credit card processing abilities. There is not going to be a central checkout.

Each vendor is expected to also help market this event through their Facebook page, newsletter mailing, etc. You will each receive an electronic copy of the flyer and event page picture to pass out to friends, clients and anyone else you’d like to give it to. Your assistance will help get more people to the event.
