free mask and COVID test delivery!

Fill out this form if you would like to receive free N95 or KN95 masks, COVID-19 rapid antigen tests, and educational materials delivered to your home.

Available to folks in East Vancouver and in remote areas in BC with inadequate access to health care.

Please let us know in the form if you are filling this out on behalf of an organization or residential building.

NOTE:

- Depending on our circumstances, we can take a couple weeks, but will do our best to send them as quickly as possible.

- If you are requesting from remote areas of BC with inadequate access to health care, we will be sending your masks via mail.

- If you are requesting from Vancouver but outside of East Vancouver, we will do our best to accommodate, but please expect longer wait times as you are outside our delivery zone. We also cannot guarantee deliveries outside our delivery zone.
- If you are requesting from outside of British Columbia or are requesting for more than 20 people, please check out Donate A Mask instead. We are a small team with limited capacity to fulfill bulk requests or shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: Home rapid tests are NOT accurate for confirming if you're COVID-free. They only detect the most severe and infectious cases.

If you have a negative test result, you may still have COVID and may still infect others. But if you test positive, you likely do have COVID.
