Friday, September 5:
Visitor Hours: 10am - 4pm
Setup: BEGINS AFTER 10 AM on Friday. Re-enactors and Exhibitors must park their vehicles in specified parking lots. Parking vehicles in a hidden area “behind the trees” or anywhere else on-site is not allowed. Do not leave your car parked on any gravel road!
Paper waiver forms can be found in the Meeme Poll House, for those not able to register online.
Saturday, September 6:
Meeting at the Sawmill—9:30 am
Please remove your vehicle by 9 am to the parking lot.
The grounds are open to the public from 10 to 4 pm.
12 pm parade through the village.
Sunday, September 7:
Meeting—9:30 am
FFA and 4h Free Day! Any member or leader in uniform will receive free admission with some sort of identification.
The grounds are open to the public from 10 am to 4 pm.
12 pm parade through the village.
Take Down BEGINS AT 3 PM. Vehicles will not be allowed into the camp areas until 3pm on Sunday.
