Black Literature Read-In 2020 featuring Tyree Worthy!
The Black Literature Read-in is a public event where audience members read excerpts from their favorite pieces of literature written by black authors.
It will take place on Tuesday, February 25th from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM in the CEO Lounge of the Cook Library. In collaboration with Dr. Robert Zamsky's “In the Break: Innovation in African American Poetry” class.

This year's featured presentation is by Tyree Worthy, a New Orleans-based writer, planner, and publisher. He started writing as a journalist and published his first poetry collection in 2016, 25 Sense, and is the co-founder of Atypical LLC, a social event planning collective.
