UC Berkeley Undocumented Student Program - Presentation / Tour Request Form
Hello! Thank you for your interest in getting to know more about our undocumented student services and resources! This form is specifically for organizations and/or education institutions who are seeking a personalized presentation about our program's services and undocumented student support. Please complete the form and answer the following questions . 

This form should be filled to the best of your availability and should not take longer than 5-10 min to complete. Please allow 3-5 business days for our External Community Outreach team to go through your request and get back to you via email.
