Bishop Shanahan High School Christmas Craft & Gift Show Wait List Request
A rolling wait list is used for this show in order to maximize the number of participants in this show each year. There are a limited number of spaces for both handmade crafts and direct sales businesses.

Applicants are offered a space on two occasions: (1) after the first week of June deadline has passed for current participants and (2) if there are last minute drop outs. The annual show is always the first Saturday in December, with the snow day being Sunday.

- To be placed on our rolling wait list, you must complete this form. After the form has been submitted, you will be prompted to email with 2-4 photos of your handmade craft/direct sales vendor items, and setup. At least 1 of these photos must be of your display/setup at other shows.

-Be sure to note whether you are a handmade crafter or direct sales business vendor. You must only have items falling under one of these categories in your space. (I.E. Handmade crafters should not be selling direct sale items at the same table)

-Should a space become available, we will contact you at the information you provide on this form. If offered a space, you may accept or decline. Those who decline will remain on the wait list for the following year(s). Those who accept must submit a $75 payment by October 1st, 2019.

For those who are offered a space:

-Participants must remain at the event until 3:00 pm, the end of the show.

-A donated item valued at $20 must be presented at check-in on the day of the show UPON YOUR ARRIVAL to be used at the raffle table. You will not be able to check-in without this item.

-Spaces are approximately 8ft x 10ft. Show participants must provide their own setup such as tables and displays. All tables must be skirted with additional inventory/boxed supplies hidden underneath. No 10 x 10 pop up tents are allowed.

-If your layout consists of using the side of your space, please have your guests walk into your space, not around, since you could possibly have tables on both sides of you.

-There is no WiFi available in the school.

-Participants cannot switch spaces with one another or "inherit" spaces from other vendors. Your craft or vendor items listed below must accurately represent what you will have at your table on the day of the show and you must be the one selling in that designated spot.

-Reimbursements for cancellations are not available. No shows on the day of the event will be returned to our rolling wait list.

-Questions should be directed to Wendi Chapman, Director of Special Events & Alumni Affairs, at or at 610-343-6238.
