Spring 2021 Craft Fair Vendor Form
Snellville Performing Arts is excited to host our next Spring Craft Fair & Art Market! 

We still have spaces available for our Spring Craft Fair & Art Market on Saturday, March 13th, 2021! Each individual Single Space can fit a six foot table and two chairs. We also have add-on spaces and premium Lobby Spaces available.

Please fill out this Vendor Registration Form below. **If you have crafty friends and relatives, please share this form and information with them, as well. This is a big fundraiser for Snellville Performing Arts and we appreciate your support!**

All forms and payments are due to me no later than Saturday, March 6th.

1) You must bring your own table and chair(s).
2) If your booth requires electricity, you must bring your own extension cords.
3) Set-up will begin at 8:30 a.m. Booths must be ready to open by 10:00 a.m.
4) Tear down and booth removal from the theater will begin no earlier than 3:00 p.m.
5) There will be no refund of fees for any reason.
