Please read all rules for use prior to filling out this request. You must complete this form at least 120 days prior to your first requested date of use. Requests received within 120 days of requested use dates will not be accepted. This form should be used to request rental of The Berkeley Community Theater, Florence Schwimley Little Theater and adjunct gallery spaces within the theater complex ONLY.

Current/valid non-profit registration documentation will be required. Non-profit status does not guarantee non-profit (Direct Rate) pricing.
It is the responsibility of the renter to provide ushers & security personnel commensurate with the number of expected attendees.
*In no case shall that number be less than 6 ushers & 5 security officers for events in BCT, and 4 ushers & 3 security officers for events in FSLT. Theater Management reserves the right to determine final number of ushers & security personnel above the minimum required.
