Nominate a Classroom for a Sensory Support Package!

Do you know a teacher or classroom that could benefit from additional sensory supports?

The Autism Society Greater Philadelphia is excited to provide one classroom in each of the five counties we serve with a Sensory Support Package that includes:

  • 3 weighted lap pads
  • 1 weighted blanket
  • Plus a variety of fidgets

Each package will be customized with a variety of weights that are appropriate for the students' grade level.

Who Can Be Nominated?

Any classroom serving students in one of the eligible counties may be nominated. Teachers, school staff, administrators, parents, caregivers, and community members are all welcome to submit a nomination.

Nominations Close:  October 1, 2026

Selection Process

One classroom will be selected from each eligible county. Nominations will be reviewed based on demonstrated need, how the sensory supports will benefit students, and the potential impact within the classroom.
