Agreement
The SCIENCE TALK '20 theme is “Building Bridges” - please think about how your presentation will fit into this theme. The poster and art session will be in the Crystal Ballroom at the end of the first day of the conference as part of the evening social event.

Whether or not artists can sell their artwork this year has not yet been decided by the Program Committee. We anticipate that we'll accommodate selling of items for a small fee, and we’ll offer a separate opportunity for vendors who only want to sell items but NOT attend the conference.

All poster and art presenters MUST REGISTER for the conference.
