Summer Food Service Program Interest Form

The Harrisburg School District will offer a Free Summer Food Service Program from May 29 through August 10.  This is a grab-and-go program, with meals available for pickup by parents or guardians on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Heritage School kitchen. Please use Entrance E on the east side of the building.

Parents or guardians may pick up meals on behalf of children; children do not need to be present.

  • Tuesday pickup includes breakfast and lunch meals for 3 days.
  • Friday pickup includes breakfast and lunch meals for 4 days.

Parents/guardians must fill out this form prior to picking up meals.  Form must be completed 1 week prior to picking up meals.
