This Registration form will allow you to confirm and reserve your kid's space(s) in the Winter season (Jan. to April) of our After School RPG Club, also known as After School D&D Club.
There will be a limited number of seats available. Priority for spaces in the program, and each session, are based on when your Reservation (this form) is received. We prioritize everyone getting a space. The earlier you sign-up, the more likely you are to get your first choice. The later you sign-up, the more possible it becomes that we won't be able to find a place. Students in the previous season get priority to remain in the same group, if they are still available on the same day.

Winter Season Details:
- Register by Dec. 16
- Start week of Jan. 6
- Sessions during February and April breaks are optional
- Season Ends April 18 (April Break)
- Standard Price $40 per week
- Member Price: $29 (current members, or second club in same season)
- Two Sessions per Week for $69 ($58 for Members)
- 15 weeks, one two hour session per week
- New RPG game system (not D&D) will be played by one Wednesday group
Important Note on Absences:
Frequent absences are disruptive for your child, the game master, and the rest of the kids in the group, so I'm going to be as direct as possible: Do not sign up for this activity if you plan to double book.
We know that emergencies, illnesses, and unexpected events occur, and we don't expect every kid to make it to every session. A couple of absences per kid is perfectly normal, and expected.
However, we have had a few parents who signed kids up for other activities during the same afternoons they were scheduled for After School D&D Club. This meant that those kids missed out on sessions, but worse, due to lacking enough players, other kids were also not able to play. This is a fun activity, but it is a group activity, and that comes with a responsibility to the group.
Please ensure you only sign up your child for a day and time when they will be consistently available. It will be easier on your child, and others in their group, for them to miss an entire season, or choose a different day of the week. Kids who skip a season will still get priority to rejoin their group from an earlier season.
