OSU Kōkua Maui Donation Drive Volunteer Form

Aloha everyone,

Hui O Hawai'i along with the help of Beaver Athletics and the OSU Ohana is putting on a donation drive on multiple days for Maui and the families impacted by the wildfires.

We're looking for volunteers for all times. Please fill out this form and we'll have a meeting with all volunteers before the event times to go over what your roles and duties will be. Date and time for the meeting will be emailed or messaged to you closer to the drop off times.

Donation Drop-off times and locations:

- Thursday, November 30th from 10am-7pm at Asian and Pacific Cultural Center (2695 SW Jefferson Way)

- Friday, December 1st from 10am-4pm at Asian and Pacific Cultural Center (2695 SW Jefferson Way)

- Sunday, December 3rd from 11am-4pm at **OSU Welcome Center at Reser Stadium (724 SW 30th Street)
