Recital Participation: Our recital dates will be May 26 - May 31, 2026. Participation in recital is highly encouraged as it is a part of the curriculum here at CSD. Will your child be participating in the spring recital performances? *

Recital Costume Order: Will you be ordering recital costumes?

Recital costume prices per costume:

Kindy and below: $95

Child Dance, 1B & 1A Combo: $110

2B and up: $125

Ballet Company: $125

Please order recital costumes for all of my child's recital classes.

My child will not be participating in recital, so I will not be ordering costumes.

Parent Recital Costume Agreement: I agree to pay the recital costume fees indicated on my parent portal account. I understand that recital costumes are non-refundable once they have been ordered. I agree to accept the measurements taken by my child's teacher during class. I understand that CSD is not responsible for alteration and exchange fees. If I request a costume exchange, I understand that a $7 fee will be posted to my account to cover the costume exchange costs.
