Business Blasters - the world’s largest entrepreneurship development program for school students. It has been launched in 1000+ government schools of Delhi, benefiting 3 lakh students by providing seed money and strong coaching support to work on their ideas and develop them into real world businesses.

We are inviting entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and consultants to contribute to the entrepreneurial journey of the top 1,000 teams. Out of these, the top 100 teams will get to showcase their projects in an entrepreneurship expo event, and also get a chance to pitch their ideas to real-life funders, or secure admission into top business & entrepreneurship programs in colleges.

Business Coach can be:
1. Entrepreneurs: Who are running their own small or big business, non-profit organizations or C-level executives.  
2. Intrapreneurs: Employees with experience of bringing about change and/or "value creation" in their companies.
3. Freelancer/Social business Consultants:  who have experience in mentoring or consulting for business development or growth
4. Entrepreneurship Students: pursuing their MBA or any course in entrepreneurship in a reputed college.

Business Coaches are expected to:
1. Spend 2-3 hours per week for 6-7 weeks with your assigned, starting mid-December
2. Be comfortable communicating in Hindi-English
3. Be available for at least one initial in-person meeting with their assigned team.

Coaches will be given a certificate of appreciation, recognizing their contribution towards the mission of empowering students to become job creators. Please note that there is no remuneration for the coaches.
