Thank you for your interest in the Connect Glynn Educator Externship Academy! You will find this experience rewarding and extremely informative! By your active participation as an “Extern” in a Glynn County business or industry, you will gain valuable experience to inform and guide teaching and learning in your classroom. This experience will strengthen school-to-career partnerships with business and industry professionals and ensure a strong workforce and economy for our community!
Twenty (24) educators will be selected for the first session of the Connect Glynn Educator Externship Academy. Please complete the application form and submit it by September 11, 2026. Your attention to this deadline is important and appreciated so that we can match educators with company partners! Space is limited and all applications will be reviewed by a team of GCSS staff and community stakeholders.

Accepted participants MUST commit to be available at the posted times for all 4 days of the Externship.
You should work with your Administrators to ensure accomodations are made for your absence.
Leave requests should be inputted as "In Service".

November 2, 3, 4, 2026 - 8:30-4:00
March 15, 2027 - 8:30-12:30
