Your preferred email address
What instrument(s) do you play? (if you sing, do you know your preferred vocal range, e.g. "alto"?)
How would you self-assess your comfort with your instrument(s)?
I'm a beginner and pretty nervous
I'm an enthusiastic beginner
I can play/sing some things well, but I wouldn't say I'm a pro
I feel comfortable with my instrument
I work professionally with my instrument
Which Kinds of Music-Making Interest You? (check all that apply)
Pop-Up Choir (for ANYONE, no experience required; learn a song on Sunday morning to sing at service)
Choir (open to beginners, good fit for those with some experience singing in harmony with others, working for several weeks to prepare a song)
mUUse (needs some proficiency with performance; instruments and singing, primarily pop/rock, usually two rehearsals to prepare a song)
Hymn-leading (requires proficiency with reading music, singing as a soloist)
Instrumental ensembles (for experienced performers playing special events/services from time to time)
Do you have any other music-making ideas that you want to share?
What level of commitment can you realistically make over the course of a year, assuming that rehearsal times work for your schedule?
I could rehearse nearly every week and Sunday September-June (e.g. 7 out of 8 weeks)
I could rehearse most weeks/Sundays September-June (e.g. 3 out of 4 weeks)
I am free many weeks in Sept-June to rehearse, but I also will have to miss some (e.g. 2 out of 4)
My schedule prevents me from making a regular commitment, but I would like to be involved
Which times of the week would you be available to rehearse? (p.m. unless otherwise noted)
Sundays before the first service (8:00-8:45am)
Sundays after the second service (12:00-1:00pm)
