Pre-adoption form for dogs
Please fill in this form as accurately as possible. It takes some time, but it can be a guide for both you and us to get an impression of which dog might suit you best.
Keep in mind that you are purchasing a dog that has sometimes been in a shelter or killing station or whatever has been abroad for a long time. These dogs have sometimes experienced things that can cause them to show deviant behavior, but mostly this can be reversed with patience and commitment. You are the one who, after a well-considered decision on your part, wants to give the dog a new life. The responsibility for the dog's welfare lies with you.
Therefore, do not consider a dog adopted by you as a tradable item.
