YSOECI Youth Symphony Registration Form
Tuition for the school year is $125 (or $70 per semester) and is due at the first rehearsal. Checks may be made payable to YSOECI. Please give payment to Tiffany Arnold, Executive Director, or mail to YSOECI, P.O. Box 1463, Muncie, IN 47308.

Auditions will be August 26 between 1:00 and 6:00 p.m. in Hargreaves Music Building. Report to Room 117 to sign up for an audition time and learn room assignment for your instrument. Students should prepare a solo and a scale and be prepared for a short sight-reading excerpt.

YSOECI Student Photo & Video Agreement: Highlighting the achievements and celebrating the successes of our students, and sharing the hard work of students and staff with the community is a priority for the YSOECI. Throughout the year, there is often an opportunity to photograph and/or video record students in a variety of YSOECI activities. These photos/videos may be used in YSOECI communication tools in a variety of ways including the YSOECI website or Facebook page, YSOECI newsletters, local newspapers (which may be placed on the internet), and other forms of communication. In these photographs, a student may be identified by name, age, and instrument. Parents/Guardians are requested to indicate at the beginning of each school year their wishes regarding YSOECI’s use of student photographs, video recordings, and or images. Parents/Guardians who allow their student to participate in or attend events that are open to the public are assumed to have given implied consent to allow their student to be photographed.
