a) The
TILAPIA 2025 exhibition will be held at the Bangkok, Thailand from
3-5 November 2025.
b) Stands will be alloted on a first-come-first-served basis.
c) Space and shell stand comprises of floor space, walls, carpet, lighting, an upright chair, one information desk and fascia only.
d) The last date for cancellation is 1 October 2025 for which 50% of the space and shell stand rental shall be refunded. No refund shall be made for cancellation after 1 October 2025.
e) General security will be provided, however, the organizer will not be responsible for any damage/loss of property kept in the stand.
f) Exhibits and equipment brought into the building are at the exhibitor’s risk.
g) The setting-up and moving in will commence from 12.00 noon onwards on 2 November 2025.
h) The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the site layout, floorplan and other details as it considers fit in the overall interest of the TILAPIA 2025 exhibition.
