No responsibility will be taken for outside users who are granted access to your account, either by us or by yourself (including authorised agents). We will only ever grant access to your account as requested by you or an authorised agent.

Our expertise is in the set up and maintenance of software and cloud services, including but not limited to Intuit's Quickbooks Online. Intuit Australia claim to back up their system regularly and securely. Regardless of this we recommend making periodic exports of the information contained in your Quickbooks Online account (we can show you how to do this). We act as a reseller of this product but will transfer full subscription rights to you at your request at any time provided all subscription payments to date have been made and cleared in our account.
