Leadership LISD Application - Class of 2027

The program consists of nine sessions held once a month at various locations throughout the district. The full schedule and program details will be shared with selected participants after the application window closes in mid-August.

10 Benefits of Participating in Leadership LISD
#10  Multiple opportunities to learn more about the many facets of Leander ISD and how we're innovating public education -- most classes will fall on the second Wednesday of the month, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Based on the areas of interest listed above, we will schedule each class at the appropriate location throughout the district. Attendees will receive the full schedule with locations prior to the first meeting.

#9  Hands-on activities, hypothetical situations, behind-the-scenes tours, question and answer opportunities with district administrators, one-on-one and small group interaction with other leaders in our community.

#8  Getting acquainted with district personnel in every area of our operations--from the construction managers, child nutrition specialists and folks who oversee district contracts to teachers implementing innovative learning techniques.

#7  Visiting campuses and facilities you have never seen before. Did you know that we have 47 schools in Leander ISD?

#6  A VIP pass for Leander ISD activities, such as partnership events and staff development sessions that the general public doesn't attend.
