Day Camper Registration

If you are registering as a Day Camper and don't need overnight lodging, please use only the final line of the next section with the heading "Day Campers Only". Day Campers and Overnight Campers need to be submitted in separate registration forms. (For example: A family is coming to stay overnight for some parts of camp, but they also would like to join us for activities on other days as well. A registration would be submitted for the Overnight Camper dates separately from the Day Camper dates.)

Classes are organized by campers ages while they are at camp. A camper must be 13 in August to participate as a Flame. If the camper is 18, they may choose to be a Flame, a Senior Flame, or a Bonfire (pay full rate, or apply for a staff position)

DAY CAMPERS ONLY (Overnight Campers skip this section.) Please list first and last names of all Day Campers. Include the age they will be at camp [for all minors]. Dates and meals information will be in a later section.

Pet Policy

You are strongly discouraged from bringing your pets to camp. Pets will only be allowed under special circumstances with vaccine documents. Please email the Assistant Camp Director Emily Woofenden at ewoofenden@fryeburg.org for extenuating pet circumstances. All campers with pets are housed in the wooded area of camp, away from the Main Building. Pets are NOT allowed at or inside the Main Building and must be either contained in a cabin or on a leash at all times.

Housing Policies

Please note: there is no longer a cabin fee! Space will be used efficiently to accommodate as many campers as possible.

Housing is assigned by the Registrar in the following order of priorities:

1. Physical Need

3. Length of Stay

4. Special Requests & Circumstances

5. Order of Registration Received

If you are registering multiple people on one form, please also use this space to specify which campers you would like to stay where.

Please fill out the Dietary Needs Form (found on the registration page http://fryeburg.org/register) for EACH camper that has food needs. If your needs are extreme, please come prepared to supplement yourself. Most cabins have mini fridges, and there is a communal camper fridge.

We are no longer requiring COVID-19 consent forms. By submitting this registration, you consent to taking on any risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses of transmission when you come to camp. Additionally, you agree that if you are exhibiting any signs of any illness, you will not come on the campus and risk spreading illness to other campers.
