Please state below how to properly quarantine new exotics. (Quarantine is not necessary if this will be the first exotic(s) for the household, but good information to know regardless.) *
What kind of bedding do you plan on using? Please note that using cedar is unacceptable. If OTHER, please elaborate. Relying on fleece and/or paper bedding will void the URI (respiratory) guarantee. *
What diet will the exotic(s) be fed? Please note that Oxbow Young Rat and Mouse contains too much filler (alfalfa,) and should be avoided. It is OKAY to jump straight to adult food. *

Please give the name and phone number for the exotic veterinarian that will be assisting you with the exotics if medical attention is required. *
The Applicant understands this application is for PET ONLY exotic(s). The Applicant understands that this means the exotic(s) will not be used for the purpose of breeding. *
If the exotic(s) become sickly, or the Applicant becomes unhappy with the exotic(s), the Applicant agrees to contact the breeder for assistance. If there is a medical emergency with the exotic(s), the adopter agrees to see a licensed veterinarian. *
Failure to keep the exotic(s) from breeding will result in an immediate blacklist for the Applicant. All exotic(s) produced from the breeding(s) are property of Eversong Woods Rattery BC and must be surrendered. The exotic(s) that were used in breeding must be altered with proof from licensed veterinarian or surrendered back to Eversong Woods Rattery BC to avoid penalty fee(s). *In the event in which Applicant has done their due diligence regarding the exotics and there is an OOPS LITTER, the Applicant agrees to surrender the litter(s) to Eversong Woods Rattery BC with no penalties to the Applicant (the Applicant must have proof this was an accident.)* *
The Applicant agrees that if for any reason they cannot keep the exotic(s) from Eversong Woods Rattery BC, they will give Eversong Woods Rattery BC the ability to exercise their Right to First Refusal at the cost of $1.00 CAD. All expenses to get the exotic(s) back into the Breeder’s possession will fall on the Applicant, unless the Breeder agrees to an appropriate alternative home. *must have said home complete an application form and approved by Eversong Woods Rattery BC* *
Failure to allow the Breeder to exercise their Right to First Refusal, will result in an immediate blacklist for the Applicant, as well as penalty fees for the Applicant of $500.00 CAD per each offence. *
This application is part of a binding contract between the Breeder and the Applicant. Failure to comply with the terms agreed upon on this application will result in legal action being taken by the breeder. All court expenses will fall upon the Applicant. The penalty for each offense is $500.00 CAD plus an immediate blacklist. Please type your full name below if you have read and agree with these terms. *
Eversong Woods Rattery BC guarantees the health of your exotic(s). URI guarantee is void if the adopter  skips quarantine or plans on using fleece or paper as bedding. 48 hour guarantee on URI's ; 14 day guarantee on lice/mites ;  12 month guarantee on tumours *
