United to Serve!
United To Serve's Carnaval de Salud is UTSW's largest free student-run events and health fair. So many opportunities for all… science experiments, games, arts and crafts, health education and health screenings. We need both Spanish and non-Spanish speaking volunteers on the day of the fair, May 3, 2025. Volunteer Opportunities start between 7am – 9am (depends on the volunteer opportunity you select) and continue up to 3 PM.
Volunteer opportunities include serving on one of our amazing committees:
- Welcome & Registration Committee
- Health Fair Committee
- Science Zone Committee
- Arts & Crafts Committee
- Games Committee
You can find more details about each committee on the United to Serve Carnaval page: UTS - Committees. In this form, you are asked to indicate your top two preferences; however, please note that you may be assigned to areas where help is most needed if opportunities in your preferred committees are no longer available. All day-of volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt and be assigned to areas where an extra helping hand is most needed. A Pizza lunch and snacks will also be provided. You are instrumental in helping UTS be successful and we look forward to working with you.
