Four-Week Mindfulness Series

Learn how to develop a regular mindfulness practice. By attending weekly guided meditation sessions, students will have the chance to practice mindfulness to help:

  • Manage stress
  • Promote relaxation
  • Increase focus
  • Connect with other students

Attend the entire series, or attend a couple. Registration required. Attendees will receive snacks!
