The Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities is committed to providing quality transition services to students between the ages of 14 and 22. Our Transition Service and Service Support Administrator (SSA) partners with local school districts to provide support to families as they prepare for life after graduation. Please take 2-3 minutes to complete this brief survey to help us develop a parent support group and assist families as they prepare for the future.
