This agreement is between the undersigned (client) and Aqua Care Inc. and will begin when signed by client. The agreement will continue until the client or Aqua Care terminates the agreement in writing.
(Note: The terms Swimming pool, Spa, or Hot tub will be used synonymous for this agreement)
1). Client shall grant access to the swimming pool and its surroundings during regular business hours and other mutually agreed times.
2). Client shall pay Aqua Care on the first day of each month for regular maintenance services to be performed during the rest of that month. Payment is made prior to the services being rendered.
3). Client shall pay Aqua Care for any additional maintenance or repair that may become necessary to the normal operation of the swimming pool. Aqua Care will bill the client for any such repairs. Major repairs (over $50) will be brought to the client's attention and discussed prior to repair. Aqua Care will attempt to use the pool company that installed the pool for major repairs, unless the client requests that we use another company.
4). Regular maintenance shall include removal of debris from the pool, inspection of the pool, pumps, and associated equipment, and adjustments of the equipment and controls, testing of water quality, additional chemicals (billed separately) when necessary to achieve water quality conforming to industry standards and legal requirements.
5). Weekly maintenance will begin when this agreement is signed and payment is made for the first month in advance.
- Weekly service will be billed at $60 per week.
Calls for service such as issues or special requests for cleaning or maintenance will be billed starting at $85 per visit
The client will only be billed for the months of service requested, however, there will be a minimum of 4 months consecutively, regardless of when service is signed up for.
Pool openings and closings are an additional cost and can be discussed on an individual basis.
6). If the client would like Aqua Care to use their supplies, chemicals, etc, we will do so as long as there are sufficient product to treat the pool. If additional chemicals are needed, Aqua Care will bill the client at the end of the month.
(preferred) If the client would like Aqua Care to supply chemicals, those chemicals will be billed to the client monthly and properly documented for accountability.
7) Any outstanding invoices will be due upon receipt to include after termination of the agreement. Aqua Care reserves the right to take necessary actions to collect any debt.
