Social Distancing Store Signage Registration Form
As more shops start to reopen after the COVID-19 lockdown, Nottingham BID would like to make sure that businesses have access to Social Distancing signage, to keep their staff and customers safe and informed.

We have obtained Floor Stickers, Cashier Point Strut Cards, Social Distancing guidance posters, Micro-fibre Face Masks and Anti-bacterial hand gel, which you can request quantities of below.

Please take a couple of minutes to complete the form in full by telling us how many of each item you would like to receive, along with the date that is best for you to receive these.

We aim to start delivery from Wednesday 3rd June, after the Prime's Minister's announcement allowing businesses to reopen from June 15th 2020.

We will do everything possible to stick to the drop-off day selected, but cannot guarantee. Should there be any delays, we will of course contact you.
