Vendor Booth Pricing (One Day):

Vendor Guidelines

  1. Arrival & Setup:
    Vendors may access the festival grounds starting at 3:00 PM and must arrive no later than 4:45 PM for setup. Market opens promptly at 5:00 PM — please do not arrive late. Booths must remain open until 8:30 PM.

  2. Lights & Decorations:
    You’ll need your own battery-powered lighting for evening hours (string lights, lanterns, spotlights, headlamps, fake candles, etc.). Decorations should be colorful, vibrant, and fit our festival vibe — circus, music, dance, art, and creativity under the Charlotte night sky.

  3. Booth Setup:
    Bring your own tent, table, chairs, and lighting. No electricity will be provided on-site. Quiet generators are allowed; otherwise, battery-powered solutions are preferred. All tents/canopies must be properly weighted or staked. 

      ( if generators are supplied extension cords will be all thats needed.)

  1. Clean-Up:
    Keep your space clean during the event and leave it as you found it. Vendors are responsible for their own trash removal. Smoking is not permitted in booth areas.

  2. Vendor Reservations:
    A deposit is required within 5 business days of acceptance to secure your spot.

  3. Additional Info:

    • No pets allowed on festival grounds.

    • Limited overnight RV/camper parking is available for vendors traveling from more than 1 hour away.

    • Charlotte Spark is not responsible for lost or damaged property.
