The Ohio Travel Soccer League (OHTSL) is excited for the 2nd OHTSL Coaches Leadership Council led by OHTSL Director of Coaching Marcie Schwartz, to begin this coming fall.  The Coaches Council will be made up of a group of 20 coaches, a combination of male and female coaches, who encompass the membership of our organization.  This group is being created to allow coaches to enhance their leadership skills, learn about team management and player needs and player development.   Throughout the seven- 90 minute sessions we will be discussing different leadership qualities, who are the players in front of you and how can you accommodate their individual learning styles, how can you grow as a leader, what challenges might you face in your environment and how can you solve them as well as many other topics.  While there will be some light learning to do independently, our group and small group discussions occurring during season will allow for instant application into your team environments.  If you are interested please fill out the application and submit by 8/1/26, as we will begin 8/30/26.  All webinars will be on Sunday evenings from 8:30-9:30pm, unless otherwise noted, with mandatory attendance for these.  Please review your schedule and prepare in your own time management to be in attendance for all calls before applying.

Meeting Dates will be Sundays: 8/30, 9/27 (9-10pm), 10/25, 11/22, 1/31, 2/28, 3/28 and then an in person workshop with dinner included on 5/2 at 6pm (Location: Aviator Pub and Restaurant).
