Lived Experience
We want to make sure that our team reflects the communities we work and live in and with. For this reason we are particularly interested in hearing from the following groups who are currently under-represented in our leadership: people of colour, trans and/or non-binary people, people living on a low income and/or who currently identify as working class, people living with a disability, people aged 18-30, and residents of Hackney. If you like, you can let us know here if you identify with one of these groups. This is completely optional; you will also have an opportunity to complete an anonymous equality monitoring form once you have completed this application.
The first interview will take place online using Zoom. You will need access to a laptop and internet connection to participate. Please let us know here if you need any support accessing an online meeting - we can support you to access technology or data if you don't already have them. *
