Choice Parenting Sitter - Request Form
After you fill out the babysitting request form, we will contact you with a confirmation and an invoice to pay the $50 agency fee via major credit card once availability is confirmed. Please note: 
  • All shifts require a 4 hour booking minimum. 
  • There will be no refunds
  • If cancelled within 24 hours of sitter's arrival (72 hours for holidays) your credit card on file will be charge for the minimum hours of service and be given directly to the babysitter. We strictly enforce this policy.
  • Your reservation is NOT confirmed until payment is made to agency ($50) and confirmation email is received with sitter's bio and contact info.
