We are planning Girls in Aviation Day 2023 and need HELP! We have many different parts of the event that need to be planned. This is the sign up sheet for being involved in the planning of GIAD. If you are only available the day of to volunteer then there will be a separate sign up sheet for that. Please consider your availability before signing up for a volunteer planning commitment.

Vice President Assistant - assist VP w any GIAD duties

Outreach Assistant - assist in contacting schools, handing out GIAD info, spreading word

Fundraising Assistant - assist in raising money, contacting companies, coord finances

Membership Assistant - assist membership chair in sharing member benefits

Treasurer Assistant - assist treasurer in keeping donations organized

Social Media Assistant - assist the social media chair, grow following

Website Assistant - assist webmaster with any GIAD website changes

Volunteer Coordinator - place volunteers at each station, day of coordination

Volunteer Coordinator Assistant - assist coordinator

Activities Lead - this could be to lead any activity on the day of ONLY (not a planning role)

VIP Lead - plan highschool student activities and how the VIP program will work

VIP Lead Assistant - assist the lead

Photo Video Team Lead - photo/vid planning and build up, day of share with social chair

Photo Video Team Assistant - assist lead

Static Liaison Lead - airplane owners, companies, gov to bring planes (EARLY AM role)

Static Liason Assistant - assist lead

Food Coordinator - coordinates food options for volunteers and attendees

Food Coordinator Assistant - assists coordinator

Exhibitor Coordinator - contacts companies, works w fundraiser/facilities leads

Exhibitor Coordinator Assistant - assist coordinator

Art Design Lead - creates all flyers for distribution, work w social chair

Art Design Assistant - assist in design creation, media management

Facilities Lead - works with location, staff, plans layout w pres, exhibit static leads

Facilities Assistant - assists lead with planning and day of issues

Minute Mentoring Coordinator - runs the mentoring event and plans who

Minute Mentoring Coordinator Assistant - assists coordinator

Meeting/ Event Info/ Sign Up Coordinator - helps plan GIAD planning meetings

Meeting/ Event Info/ Sign Up Assistant - assists coordinator

Observe any position so I can do it next year (no responsibilities) - list position in comments
