Experience Corps Twin Cities - Volunteer Information Sessions
Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer literacy tutor and mentor with AARP Foundation Experience Corps! We are looking forward to meeting you!

AARP Foundation Experience Corps is a volunteer-based tutoring program that connects older adults to their communities by engaging them in the intergenerational work of helping young students become better readers. Our volunteers put their wisdom to work, while addressing a major contributor to poverty: the inability of children to read at grade level by the end of third grade.

We invite you to learn more at one of our upcoming information sessions. You will learn more about the work of our tutors, the support and training you can expect, the AmeriCorps opportunity, and you'll have the chance to meet one of our current volunteers.

Session Options:
Friday, May 3, 10:00 - 11:15am
Friday, May 3, 3:00 - 4:15pm
