'Plan-B':  Impact of changes in the global funding landscape for Hepatitis B clinical and research programmes
We are a team of clinicians and researchers based at the Francis Crick Institute in London, and working with international partners and collaborators to advance progress towards hepatitis B elimination.

We are gathering experiences and insights into the impact of the federal funding changes on hepatitis B programmes worldwide as a result of the new US government since January 2025.

We are asking for feedback from anyone who has lived experience, or is working in the hepatitis B field, in any role including clinical, research/academia, public health, policy, teaching, industry or civil society. Please take a few minutes to populate this form (a few tick box questions and then an opportunity to send free text).

We will be hosting a hybrid meeting of a multidisciplinary network ('HBV-CARE') in June at the Crick to discuss the feedback, with the aim of generating a report and considering action steps for the international community working in this field.

If you provide us with your contact details,  we will keep you involved in this process as we work towards next steps. We will still keep any specific feedback anonymous and confidential (it will be shared without your name and we will redact details of specific organisations).

You are also welcome to provide feedback anonymously or by email if you prefer.
